CUSTOMER CARE:<\/strong><\/p>\n

  1. To deliver excellent and superior in-flight service consistently to meet and exceed customer expectations.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    SAFETY:<\/strong><\/p>\n

      \n
    1. To ensure the safety of customers and proper management of cabin operations as stipulated in the Safety Emergency Procedures Manual.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      DISCIPLINE:<\/strong><\/p>\n

        \n
      1. To maintain at all times a high level of discipline of oneself as stipulated in the Rules and Regulations for Cabin Crew.<\/li>\n
      2. To maintain at all times the grooming standards of oneself as stipulated in the Cabin Crew Grooming Manual.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

        MANAGEMENT:<\/strong><\/p>\n

          \n
        1. To be conversant and knowledgeable with his responsibilities and duties as stipulated in the Responsibilities and Duties of Flight Steward.<\/li>\n
        2. To manage his performance level as stipulated in the Duties of Flight Steward.<\/li>\n
        3. To be customer focused when engaging in service delivery.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

          ADDITIONAL TASKS:<\/strong><\/p>\n

            \n
          1. To be responsible to the In-flight Supervisor and\/or Leading Steward on all matters concerning crew discipline, grooming and performance level.<\/li>\n
          2. To be responsible to the In-flight Supervisor and Leading Steward\/ess on all service matters in the First, Business and Economy Class.<\/li>\n
          3. To conform to set standards and requirements as stipulated in the Responsibilities and Duties of Flight Steward.<\/li>\n
          4. To submit all relevant documents where applicable.<\/li>\n
          5. To ensure the safeguarding, proper handling and stowage of all Company equipment under his charge.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
